CHI begins as a specialty highway signing contractor working South Florida corridors.
1998
Major FDOT Contractor
Prequalification expands into drilled shaft foundations and overhead structures, and CHI becomes a preferred FDOT vendor.

In-house rebar fabrication and sign manufacturing bring the full delivery chain under one roof.
